The Row house represents a single-family home seamlessly aligned side by side, sharing a common wall with their neighbours. Within this distinctive and one-of-a-kind home, the spotlight shines on its innovative planning, where our focus was on maximising usable floor space through compact yet user-friendly amenities. The central stairwell ingeniously serves as an air shaft, ensuring abundant natural light and cross-ventilation throughout the home. This inaugural project from our design studio not only boasts budget-friendly considerations but also stands as a testament to our commitment to thoughtful and efficient design.
